Dallas Arboretum - Dallas, TX

This cute couple met with me at the Dallas Arboretum for some engagement photos and fun. The weather was PERFECT...despite the previous weekend of cold...and the Arboretum looked stunning as usual. Although the groom-to-be needed to warm up to me and my camera at first, I think we made fast friends :-D  Hope y'all enjoy!

Downtown McKinney - McKinney, TX

This is my second year photographing this family...and this time I wore my running shoes. This sweet guy always keeps me on my toes and provides me with some GREAT candid shots and smiles. I may have to run all over to capture them, but hopefully you can see below that it was all worth it! This session was in Downtown McKinney square, which is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to photograph in the area. Hope y'all enjoy!

Arbor Hills Nature Preserve - Plano, TX

Finally getting this extended family session on the blog! This family came together from FOUR (that's right, four) different states! When there are this many people for a session it's always a bit of organized chaos...light on the organized ;-)  Personally I believe this dynamic makes for some great photos...and as you can see below this beautiful family didn't disappoint.

Prairie Creek Park - Richardson, TX

Any time I get the opportunity to photograph a family and their dogs...I'm pretty excited. Birdie and Abe were certainly the stars of the show...as they should have been! Look how cute they are :-D  This couple and their two pups were just adorable. We had fun walking through Prairie Creek Park in Richardson and snapping some photos with all the trees. Fall is truly my favorite time for photos...and this park is great for it. Hope y'all enjoy!

Downtown Plano - Plano, TX

It's not very often I get the privilege of photographing a BIG family session. I love doing sessions like these. It's so fun to see Grandma and Grandpa with grandchildren and families. I love capturing the goofy dynamics between cousins (which I'm sure you'll notice below!)  This was just such a fun, goofy bunch...and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way!
